If you bought a product online from www.invogueart.ro and you are not satisfied enough, you have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days.

If you wish to return a product, please notify us by e-mail at office@invogueart.ro within 14 days of your intention to return the product. After announcing the intention to return, you have 14 days in which the product must reach us. Refunds or product exchanges are made no later than 14 days after the originally purchased product has reached us. According to GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c, products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized cannot be returned. Products that are not customized in any way must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, without damage or missingness and containing all the documents that accompanied them.

In the case of products that show damage or defects, the return is made only on the basis of a clear description of the problem accompanied by photos that justify the problems. Products that have been damaged by you cannot be returned.
