DELIVERY POLICY:

Products are delivered only by fast courier, in a door-to-door system, and order tracking is done using the AWB number received in the shipment confirmation email, on the courier company's website.

SHIPPING COST:

The delivery cost for the products in the SHOP will be 25 lei and will be borne by the customer. It will automatically be added to the total amount in the cart.
The delivery cost for the rest of the products will be calculated according to the weight and location. It will be paid by the customer upon receiving the package.

DELIVERY TERMS:

The delivery time for products from the SHOP is a maximum of 5 working days, respectively 12 working days for the rest of the products. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

Invogue Media S.R.L. will ensure the products are properly packaged.

If the ordered product(s) are not available, Invogue Media S.R.L. will contact the customer by email or phone to inform him of this situation.

The customer will be contacted by phone by the Courier in advance to obtain confirmation of his presence at the selected address at the time of validating the order on the website.

The customer undertakes to be present at the indicated delivery address. Otherwise, he will bear the transport fee related to a possible new delivery.

The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note presented upon receiving the ordered products. The customer will also check if the products are damaged. Any technical problem or defects discovered when opening the package must be brought to the attention of the trader within 3 days at most from the date of receipt of the package.
